Women Protection Program—Stay Safe by Learning the Best Techniques for Personal Defense
At Karate USA, our Women’s Self Defense Program is exclusively designed to ensure women’s safety. We believe that no woman should be an easy or vulnerable target just because they are a woman. And more importantly, today’s empowered woman should know how to deal with potentially dangerous situations and escape encounters, safety threats, and sexual assaults. And that’s precisely why we have created this program.
Our Women’s Self Defense program is intended for females over 13 years old because girls are growing into women looking for freedom to pursue their own dreams and explore life. As you embark on your journey, it’s important that you know how to protect yourself in difficult situations and not be a victim.
Once you join our Women’s Self Defense program in Hillsborough, NC, you will learn the best techniques for personal defense. Our instructor will take you inside the mind of a predator to teach you how they select soft targets and impart the strategies to make sure you know what to do if you find yourself in such a situation. Put simply, at Karate USA, we make sure that you know the practice always to defuse and defend in dangerous situations and come out strong.
Tang Soo Do techniques are taught to women so that they are specially geared to the needs of women’s self-defense and safety. At Karate USA, this program’s mission is simple: to empower you to fight back against threats like crime and rape. And if you can recognize and effectively respond to a dangerous situation, you feel more confident in everyday activities and become a force to be reckoned with.
Delivered in a supportive environment, we will:

Our Women’s Self Defense program is tailored to individual needs. If there is any situation that you think you are vulnerable or at risk too, then let us know. Our instructor will train you accordingly to ensure you are ready not just to fight back but also to defeat your opponent. These classes are usually held once a month on Saturdays but can be taught to your own group at a separate time by appointment.
